Did not pay for general anaesthic for surgery

Authorisation was obtained for 2 procedures to be done simultaneously.
1. Removal of a ganglia from the elbow
2. Diagnostic endoscope (gastroscopy)
Because Momentum doesnt pay for general anaesthetic for gastroscopy the claim for general anaesthetic
for the ganglia removal was also rejected.
Things are getting really bad when one is expected to have surgery without anaesthetic.
