Paying a callout fee for something I couldnt cont

I moved in to my unit last year September and the previous owners didnt report demages around the wall of the house so I took it upon myself to do so as I am the new owner now.

Now the 23rd December 2013, I told Angor Property Specialists about this and a guy by the name of Andrea from Forever Projects was contracted to evaluate the unit.

On Friday Andrea showed up and unfortunately I was at my doctors as I was very sick, Andrea called me and unfortunately I had forgotten about the appointment. I explained to him that I was at my doctors but I could try to get there but later on I called him back to explain that I was not going to make it and askfed if we can reschedule for Monday,

Which he agreed upon, I asked someone to be at the house but that person later on didnt pitch and didnt even inform me, This moprning I got an invoice for R700 charged for call out fees and I have to pay that. The body corporate is telling me that they wont pay for it I have to. How is that possible they are the one's who contracted Forever Projects and all I want is for the damaged wall to be fixed.

Its onlya few months ago but I have a feeling that I will not enjoy staying at Elyon
