Apply for additional chronic medicine nightmare!!

I applied for additional chronic medicine benefit on the 9th of January 2014. Discovered on the 15th that they added the medicine wrong from the doctors prescription. Now I'm battling to restore the medicine they cancelled and that is kind of hard when you have to hold 30 minutes plus for the call centre to answer, they never receive your fax or e-mail, they don't keep you updated on the process or contact you back. It's been 17 days today since I last had my pills. I was told it would be resolved in 3-4 hours and I'm still waiting.
