My Chronic MEDICATION

I am BiPolar. Discovery has not been able to help me. They never informed me that i was only allowed to claim 12 times a year. I get very serious medication. Extremely serious and i cannot just stop the medicine. I have asked Clicks Broadacres to help me do a reversal so that i can get my medicine. Clicks Broadacres has not even tried to help me. They just keep saying we cant do anything. And if i land up in hospital because of the extremity of the medicine that i am on, i am going to take this further. I cannot tell you how serious my situation is. I am on medication that controls all my mood disorders! And its like Clicks and the Discovery medical aid don't actually care. Its always personal and never about the customer in need. Yesterday when i tried to pick up my medicine it was impossible. Then i was told they cant give me my medicine.
