Firstly thank you Bankmed.
When Bankmed recognized that my son medicine qualifies as chronic medicine, they emailed me in this regard and attached the chronic medicine application form for my convenience.
My son has disabilities and I am a single mother and what you've done for me as little as people may think it is, it actually warmed my heart and I'm truly thankful.
I hope when I reply again next month everything will be as smooth as it was.
