Bad Attitude "shocked"

I'm highly disappointed, I went into Spec Savers SA in Boksburg on Saturday morning 02/02/13 coz I'm due for new spec as they need replacement, I decided let me visit their brunch since I'm not a member let me try something else, meaning taking business their way, I enter into the shop waited 10 min to get help from unknown lady adv her my situation she adv me you need to make an appointment as they are fully booked which I understand but the way she was doing clearly stated this girl has attitude and not keen on helping me and there was not even anyone there, why couldn't she assisted, telling me i must come during the week, very already told it's fine I'll go look for other optometrist who is keen on helping, however another white lady came in as well, overheard them and that same lady also just came in without appointment and she was told to wait, I composed myself and just walked out, this I'm taking it up just a pity I didn't get her name but she is white with blond bit long hair...
