Terrible Service!

I was assisted by a lady named Lynn.
I still had savings on my medical which I needed to 'spend'. I was abruptly told 'oh I'm so sick of you people coming all the time, I am very busy'

She then continued to hurriedly asked me 'do I know what I want because she can't wait she is busy' I duly got my things and left.
I also had to pack my own things, which is not a problem but the way I was told was 'You going to pack this yourself'

Coming from a retail background I understand the challenges of working with customers on a daily basis but regardless of what is happening customers are customers and should be treated with a dash of courtesy. There is a difference between hast and just plain rude and I'm afraid Lynn was just plain rude. (she was also unpleasant with the customer she assisted before me)

I was unpleasantly surprised since I usually deal with Zulfa and she is an absolute darling to say the least. Thank you Zulfa!!

The intention of this mail is not for an apology, it's to remind you that in order for your business to be successful you NEED customers!! You have most certainly lost at least one customer today, who knows how many more within a few days/weeks etc.
