Rude cashie

It was not the first time that I was treated badly by the cashiers at Dischem in Raslouw centre. But yesterday I had enough. I shop there regularly, at least twice a week. Yesterday I was in the queue when the machine called for till number 5. Since I was standing in the front, I could not see the number 5 clearly (I looked passed it) so I asked where number 5 was, I got a terrible look and she indicated to the number on top of the till (Christmas bags hanged around it, so it made it even more difficult to see. I was not greeted at all, and as I was unpacking my goods I was told not to pack it there but there. She only asked for my cards and that is it, she was extremely rude. I understand that retail is long hours but is not a valid reason to treat customers like. I have been working in retail as well and we always greeted the customers in a friendly manner... You can't take out your moods on customers, that is not fair.
