Bad Service and Attitude

I have always imagined that Woolworths was one of the retailers that have the best service and cashiers but clearly I was wrong, for the first time I have experienced disappointing service from your stores and I'm surely not going to even bother being a loyal Woolworths customer and will make sure that other people are aware of that. One of your Cashiers Selaelo Matlamela was very rude to me and didn't even greet me even after i greeted her first, to top it all she was not professional and clearly does not value her job as when i asked her that i want to pay my account first she rudely said in her language " ORENG? " with a rude voice tone. As if that wasn't enough after tilling my items and I paid and she rudely folded her arms and looked at me... to my surprise i then asked " do we pack our groceries ourselves? And she nodded and continued to look at me, I thought its courtesy to pack the grocery for your customers and all Woolworths stores I've went to actually pack the items for their customers, if you have stopped please put a sign and I wouldn't expect such service from you, even shoprite and the lowest stores pack items for their customers. Worst service this week.
