Hopeless staff

Today at 15:00 I received a call from Lesego to say my account is outstanding, late last month I went to pay the account and the person who assisted me said I must pay R600 if I'm not mistaken and today I get a call from this ill-mannered girl who insisted to speak in her African language which I do not understand if that is how truworths treat their customers. I think your staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers as this is the image of the business secondly your calls should be recorded to avoid your staff saying rude things to customers. this was a bad call but I'm not surprised
