Double Transaction - Swearing at client

Yesterday I purchased R65 worth of goods from the pharmacy and was charged twice as I attempted to pay with my card (which showed a time out - yet funds were deducted from my account) and they made me pay cash as well. They advised me that it will be reversed within an hour or two. Today I went back to the pharmacy as there was no reversal and brought it to the manager, George's attention. Naturally I was frustrated as no one seemed to want to resolve the issue, and I was met by the extremely rude and unhelpful manager, George. I explained to him what happened and he said that it was my problem to resolve. This after the problem occurred only at their store. He admitted that this happened frequently at their store, yet he was deteremined to make it my problem. I advised him that he as a manager was handling the matter very poorly and turned to walk away. He bluntly said to me 'Ongeskikte ' now knowing that I could hear him. He's a lously excuse of a manager and should be removed from any position of authority. I will never make use of their services again and will advise anyone I come in contact with to do the same.
