Ridiculous service and non reimbursement

On the 29th November 2013, I made a purchase for the amount of R230, my debit card was swiped, pin inserted and cashier advised that there was a technical error and we should try again, same thing again, pin inserted and was advised that I would need to draw money and pay for the purchase, cash amount paid and left the store. On the 30th I realised while going through my internet banking, two deduction from crazy store was charged. On the 2 Dec 13 I entered the store and advised of the occurence of the double debit off my account and cash transaction, needless to say they were not very helpful, I contacted the area manager, who promised me that before the end of the week the funds would be reimbursed to my account. I advised the area manager on several occassions that the funds had not yet been reimbursed and the only response I get is that he would contact Waleed. It is now the 18/12/2013, I still have no answer as to when I will recieve my funds. This is ridiculous!!! How long can it possibly take for your own money to be reimbursed and this just before the festive season.
