Furniture store poor response to numerous complain

32" flat screen television purchased in 2010 December, first complaint lodged early 2011 and no response
from Lewis, second complaint lodged with new store manager still no resolution. A second attempt was lodged to resolve the problem in 2012 .Early 2013 a third attempt to resolve the issue was attempted but this time the unit was collected for repairs. Unit returned after 2 months and still the problem persisted. Store Manager escalated it to Regional Manager and a whole lot of hot air but still no resolution. After numerous attempts to repair this unit by Lewis Store the problem still persists. The problem has now resorted to desperation by withholding payment in order to get proper service. The withholding has now occurred additional interests as well. I'm at my wits end with Lewis Stores. Ive been a account holder with Lewis Stores for more than 30 years, whats also frustrated is the we lodged a complain with their head office and
their response was they only received the complaint in 2013, costing me a lot of airtime to get response all the time.
