INVALID PIN BUT SMS ON FONE OF FUNDS DEBITED

24th Dec-13 day before Christmas, paying goods with card, Invalid Pin?

Transaction for 2nd time went through for the amount of R560.80 again and still, Invalid but sms notification advise payment made.

Management requested i swipe on manual offline speed point nd it went through where it was the 3rd time paid for R560.80.Management advised within 30 min to an hour it will be returned, to the 26th called in and no Store management to assist but the Pharmacy Annitent advised as today Christmas and skill ten staff brought to call tomorrow, 27th.

R1 120 odd that i have not brought the store but paid, debit orders to be paid an personal needs to be attended an been 6 months pregnant this is additional stress that i cannot have on my condition.

Urgently request refund to avoid further legal actions.
