UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION

I had an amount of R1350, 00 deducted from my bank account this morning at 08H7 in contact sms reads as card transation from Protes hotels,

i did apply for pro card via the telephone from one consulatant who described herself as from Durban, but agreed to have the money deducted on the 25th of February 2013 not the 1st of February, this was never in our agreement, i therefore cancel even that agreement of the 25th as i never wanted any pr card.

i am not in agreement and i need my money back into my account within a day.

please treat this as urgent!!!
