Loan Tracer Sa
NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE

Loan Tracer Sa deducted money from my account with an unauthorized debit order. the day i applied for a loan i received an email from them stating that i signed an agreement with Loan Tracer Sa to a monthly fee of R399.00 which will be deducted from my bank account. In this email they also stated that there was n cooling of period of 7 days and if i wish to cancell the agreement i had to do so before the 7 days expire. That same day i send an email back to them informing them to cancel the agreement as i was under the impression that they needed my bank details for depositing the loan amount and debiting my account with the monthly repayment.

They replied to my email conforming the cancellation of the agreement and confirming that now monies will be deducted from my account.

I received an email from Loan Finder Sa yesterday confriming that i have indeed cancelled the agreement within the 7 day cooling period and that i qualify for a refund, they asked me to send my bank statemnt as proof of debit order, i send it to them yesterday and alo this morning but had no response yet.

PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!
