Refund my money please!!!

Good day,

I booked online at the Protea hotel in Roodeport under Reservation Number 1932976. I used my Fnb Visa Cheque card to make a payment and the money was deducted from my account.

on the day when I checked in I was told that I have to show them the card i made the booking with, unfortunately at the time i did nit have the card. i was then told that i had to pay cash, which i did. When I asked on how the money debited on my account would be refunded I was told that the system would automatically refund it.

Since to date i haven't received my money back. I Would like to know why haven't you refunded me back.
