Taking money from my credit card

I took out membership with Prokard (Protea hotels) back in 2011. Last year I was called to renew my membership and i said I don't want to renew as I just had a baby and not planning on traveling and mind you i was called a couple of times. This year again and i told them I'm still not interested. On the 5th of March i got a call saying that the funds for the renewal were approved and i asked who gave them authorization to take money from my credit card and there was no answer and the guy i was talking to had such a bad attitude and I was told the card will be delivered within 21 working days. I checked my balance on my credit card and to my surprise money was taken. On Saturday and again today when i call no one is picking up the phone.
And all i want to know who gave them authorization to do that going into my account and taking out money
I don't want the card and I don't need it. I want them to cancel this membership and refund me back my money
