Deduction from bank account without prior notice

Registered my newborn and husband on my medical aid as new dependants. Sent in all paper work beginning december. Everytime I called the call centre it was still being processed.then I received an email saying additional documents are required. I called into the call centre AGAIN as these documents were already submitted! The guy who helped me then said he can view the documents and they all there. Eventually... Middle january I receive a sms saying the two dependants are now registered. Received new cards in the mail and well clearly I was relieved. However, come Feb first... My new contribution of R3600 goes off and an ARREARS amount of 2700! This 2700 was deducted without any notification or nothing. I was totally unaware of it and did not budget for it at all. Where does this arreas come from? My medical aid has been paid every first of every month. So I cannot understand what the heck is going on. I am furious and wonder what "other" medical aid deductions has gone off my account prior to this without me noticing it!!!
