No product was delivered

The company called me with a deal to give me a holiday voucher which I was supposed to receive in December 2012. The card was not delivered and they promised that they will deduct the money once i have received the card. they deducted the money earlier then agreed. they called again on January I asked them to cancel our agreement and send back my money into m, y account because they did not commit to our agreement. they kept on calling me with other products that they where offering me and I told them that am no longer interest on their deals and I would like to get my money and that they should terminate our agreement as I am no longer willing to do any business with them. the beginning of these month they called again and i told the lady again that I am no longer interest and i told her colleagues that i want my money back they should remove my name from their system and give my money back. Yesterday I called my bank because I had money in my account that was disappearing and i don't know where the money goes. I checked my statement and found that they deducted R99 twice last month which did not reflect on my phone. All i want is my money and be removed from their system.
