I have received very poor service from Resolution Health. My son was born October 2012. Since then we have not received a new membership card after requesting it with the Call Centre as well as various emails that was sent.
Our monthly contribution was increased with more the R500 a month without any prior notice of the increase. We have not received any communication material from them in this regard.
We are strongly thinking of moving to another Medical Aid.
