Bad impressions are lasting impressions!! Started with being unable to contact the company telephonically to book an appointment, had to use email/their site to say unable to book for 2 weeks, then someone actually contacted me to set the appointment. Again was wasn't very impressed by the interaction, but was hopeful for better on the actual day of the appointment. Arrived early to find no one at reception, when a young blonde woman came in through the entrance door without greeting or introducing herself and snarls at me "what are you here for? " She then asks her colleague treating someone else in a room with the door open onto the small reception "whats she here for? " despite my reply. The colleague repeats the question a slightly more friendly tone. I was later asked to fill out a client form and under "would you like to be informed about our promotions? ", I did not even hesitate, it was a "NO"!! My therapist Bianca's friendly conversation was the only redeeming part of a totally off-putting experience. If you want to serve clients, learn how to speak to them!!
