Through the UNION HOSPITAL in Alberton - I was booked by the receptionist at the doctors offices for an operation on Tuesday. They then called to change it to Thursday. I was told the time was 6pm. When I arrived at the hospital at 5pm to sign in, I was informed that my appointment was for 2pm and the doctor and staff had left - I was told to leave.

Today Ursula called me and was extremely rude, accusatory and overwhelmingly loud in the way she told me that I was wrong, I she had no idea where I would ever get the incorrect time from, and that I had to reschedule. There was no apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. She screamed at me and refused to listen and I put the phone down on her.

In an email she said that I am wrong. That they rescheduled my appointment to Thursday at my request, to suit my schedule? That the receptionists made no mistake. That I dreamt up a 6pm appointment. That I had no conversation where I was told to stop eating 12 hours in advance at 6am in preparation for 6pm. That they do not apologise. That my only option is to reschedule with them.
