Lakeview Lodge
DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ROOMS

We went to Nelspruit this weekend. We booked into a place called "Lakeview Lodge" for Saturday night. On arriving there were some men sitting outside by reception. The managers were arguing, using tasteful words like the famous "p" word etc about who's job is who's. Being friendly I greeted, only to be looked at like I'm mad. In reception, my daughter was almost bitten by two small dogs, no apology. On the website they advertise canoeing - when we asked about it, we were told, not allowed as the don't have life jackets. Needless to say there was a very unfriendly young girl sitting at the desk - the lady training her wasn't most welcoming either. We were old where our room is, not shown. Then getting to the room eventually, opened the door to be greeted by musty smells and a GIANT roach on the wall. On further inspection the bed had roach poo, flea poo and gecko poo on the beds!!! A huge wasp nest was right by the door. We went straight back to reception and asked for our money back! Disgusting customer service, and of course the room!
