DISGUSTED!!!

On Friday, 5/07/2013 I had an appointment at 13h00 for a mammogram. I arrived at 12h50 and was greeted by a {white lady} at reception. I gave my appointment time. She then handed me over to an Indian lady who gave me some forms which took me about 5 minutes to complete. Whilst handing the forms back to her a patient entered and said out loudly that she was very early for her appointment (a white lady) the other lady behind the desk immediately recognised her as she has been there previously and told her to be seated etc. I then waited for like 15 min, I approached the Indian lady and asked her why it was taking so long as my appointment was at 13h00 and she then told me that I must sit and wait as someone would call me. It was now 3h20 and I had another appointment to go to. When I returned to my seat my sister who had accompanied me told me that the "white lady" that came in after me was called. I then went back to reception and asked them what was going and she then told me to go thru the next door. No one could give an answer as to what was going on and NO ONE seemed to care or apologise for what transpired. I left without being seen as I am a human being and not a dog
