Dont pay even when authorisation was approved!!!

First of all Bonita's changes their rules when it suits them.

My wife was rushed to casualty because of back pains, as she was admitted, I called Bonita's to inform them of what is happening and they requested a code from me but the Casualty staff, said they will call in to Bonita's and give the code once the doctor has seen to my wife. The Call Centre agent said ok and noted it done on the system. One month later I get the bill for her admission to the casualty. On a previous occasion I had to be admitted into Casualty for a stone in my kidney. This bill was paid from the Hospital line item of my medical aid. We were both a drips and in the same Hospital.

Now the bill for my wife needs to be paid by me. I check with the hospital and they have called in and gave the information need to the call centre agent. After nagging they said they will take it off my Savings which I was unhappy about and did not agree to. I week later I get a statement from Bonita's and it shows they took the bill off my savings.

Why is that when you do the right thing Bonita's will find a way not to pay! Why pay so much for "So called" best Medical aid when they find every excuse not to pay!
