I contacted Boncap for an authorisation for an Ultra sound, i was asked to submit a ICD10 code. i was told to contact the GP for this code, they told me they cannot assist i will have to contact the Radiologist dept. i had to make numerous back and forth call only to be told they do not cover the scan. Bonita's then contacted me and i was told that if i had a motivation letter they will review. I had submitted the letter on the 4th July and after 2 weeks no feedback was given, i phoned today and had the matter escalated, only to receive an email stating no payment due to the ICD10 code. My motivation was not taken into consideration this is clear from the
Telephone call of today the 18/07/2013. I have never had Bonita's not give me a hassle and offer good service.
Bonita's motto is " SERIOUS ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED' CLEARLY THEY ARE ONLY SERIOUS ABOUT MY MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS. After 4 years of contributions this is the 1st scan i requested for and i had such a run around. The service i have always received has been absolutely poor. The staff also has no regard for the clients and lack the ability to understand if you speak to 3 consultants' your hear 3 different stories.
