I am a Bonita's client for quite a while now, and I just feel it fit to comment on the excellent service I constantly get from them.
I need to phone and ask for a PMB form on the 12th December 2013.
It started with the professional way on handling all my calls, all my requests and the important aspect, the very friendly, and speedy help I use to get since day one.
Within 15 minutes, my request were complete, all detail given and they even walked the extra mile to ensure I got all my questions answered in full and extra help were given.
To my biggest shame I forgot the name of the male that I spoke to at the end of my phone call, but I know Andrea will be able to help with his name.
Bonita's is not the only medical fund but surely the best!!
