My experience with Bonita’s Authorizations

On the 27/06/2013 Dr E Coetzee send an e-mail to authorizations.cpt@medscheme&me the following documentation: Front letter with all my details and the work done by Dr Coetzee includes quote for instrument name & Company, x-rays report. 4/07/13 I mail Mapiki at MOSO ask to help with the same document was sent to Bonita's & me ask to help me because we did not here anything. It was 15 minutes I receive 12.31 an mail from UCR-Medscheme3 said my request was decline, phone Jackie Plato said to me it Pending they need documentation. Then I receive another mail 1.31 from UCR-medscheme3 pending the need they list as follow. Vertebral level, Quote for instrument & Company, Recent MRI report & Nappi code & cost. (was send on 27/06/13 (except the MRi report) I did receive it but not Bonita's?? Phone again Sesh was helping gave me reference no BON11280303 & new mail I send it again phone ask if they receive it Zethu first said she can't find the mail then I get little bit cross then she find it with all documentation. I am 53 but walk like a person of age 80 slowly now Bonita's want to put my health at risk not to authorization. they not the ones lives with the pain daily tell me
