Not worth the hype

It is disappointing to write this review as I was very much looking forward to experiencing the much talked about restaurants at the Hotel. This is the first review that I have had to write whereby the experience has been a very negative one.

My visit was during the December period, firstly it was shocking that making a booking at this hotel would turn out to be such a nightmare. I have received far better service at the Formula 1 hotels. The level of service to make a booking for dinner was unacceptable, there was no confirmation or calls returned and I has to constantly call back to make to confirm the reservation. When we arrived, we were pleased to find out that there was no booking made.
We managed to get a table and over look this.

We then proceeded to order our food, the waiter had not confirmed the orders and had proceeded to order the seafood platter along with the other items that were requested.
He refused to take this back and insisted that we had ordered the item. This was very upsetting and after calling the Manager to explain that this was not correct, the manager proceeded to agree with the Waiter that had about the order and refused to take it back and
