When they dont do their work they want you to pay

In Nov 2012 we cancelled their services and for a year now we have been trying to provide them with the proof of what they have not done, only to keep on getting correspondance that we are to pay for services.

clearly they lack the ability to manage their correspondance, understand their own payments.

now they want us to be accountable for the fact that they did not only not do their work, but also ignored our correspondance in showing them that they are failing.
