I have never had such poor service from the above medical aid and was a member with them for quite a few years already and then changed over to my own scheme as I got divorced. Firstly they dont even liaise with you about the payment then on the application form they say place your company stamp if the premium must go off the company you do that thy dont even check. When you call the call centre for any help they tell you what you must do and not do, I have sent through all the relevant details of where the monies need to go off still awaiting a reply, asked for a confirmation that they took the money off my acc they refuse. You cannot get hold of a senior manager it is only the incompetent call centre people maybe if a manager now and again moved there backsides to check up if clientell are happy they might have a better data base.
What a shame you must be treated like you do.
