Debiting my account without permission!

I signed up for a ONE MONTH TRIAL PERIOD with Global Personals (with a fee). After the month was up I unsubscribed, and assumed since I did NOT request further involvement, that I was no longer on their database. I have subsequently been charged for the 2 months since (R115/month). I did NOT give permission for this debit and I phycially signed off my account.

These people have NO RIGHT and this is a - I have seen a website dedicated to THIS company - DO NOT USE THEM - IT IS A!

I complained and told them to reverse the money and REMOVE me from thier database. I was told by "HOLLY" that they cannot access my account with only my name and email address. Only with a ref no. which I "have recieved through all correspondance) BUT I DO NOT have a ref. no. as I have seen NO correspondance.
