Cell C still deducting after contract expired/canc

On 10/08/2012 I walked in to Cell C N1 City to cancell my 2GB R149 pm contract-the subscription had ended. I filled out the form and had the consultant give me a copy with their internals signature on it.
Deductions have been still going off my acc even tho I dont use the sim and instructed the cancellation in August 2012.I have been back and forth with emails and phonecalls betwn the headoffice and N1.

Headoffice says that they only recievd the instruction in Dec 2012 and have cancelled it at that date, but N1 city and myself have sent the Headoffice the original instruction and original email dated 10/08/2012 to them on numerous occassions. N1 city branch has kept me in the correspondance, stating that a refund is to be done, but yet Headoffice still doesnt seem to understand. I am not sure if they know how to read.

The incompetance at Headoffice/ contact centre is really frustating and I want all my money refunded to me for the deductions done from the date of cancellation on the instruction form and original mail sent.

I dont know why I have to stress and fight for my own money, if proof of cancellation has been sent to Headoffice. This is bad business. Totally Disgusted.
