NO CORRESPONDANCE FOR LIFE INSURANCE POLICY

Dear Sir / Madam

My father has a life insurance policy with Sanlam and has requested on numerous occasions that he be sent some sort of correspondance regarding his life insurance policy. He has not recieved an correspondance for a very long time even though the policy is kept up to date. Please urgently investigate and advise as our last written request to Julia the call centre manager on 03/09/2012 went un noticed. To date no correspondance recieved via post.
