I bought an item from them and the item did not fit perfect. I then email the next day to return the item.
I was hoping at least to get an inhouse return refund.

The same day i email to the i received their acknowldged correspondance and a day after it was a call from them. Same day i forwrade my banking details and a day days after received an sms to say that they will deposit the money into my bank... and tha was on a weekend where it is very rare to find any sort of correspondance from most companies on a weekend... Today received an sms reflcting that my money was transferd and it will reflct in the 1-3 days...
