NO RESPONSE/CORRESPONDANCE AS USUAL!

I have sent countless emails as well as sms's to UNISA to establish why I have received no correspondance from you regarding the completion of my PGCE. I was a final year student in 2012, wrote and passed all my modules and yet there has been no correspondance regarding my qualification/graduation.

MyUnisa still states that I am a final year student much to my confusion!!!

Since you did away from the call center you have left students in the dark. There is no way for us to communicate with you as nobody ever responds to the few ways you have to contact you.

Please advise when I can expect to recieve my post grad certificate from you as I now need this to re-register with the SA Council of Educators and this in turn effects my employment!!!
