TOLD TO GET DOWN TO PICK UP MY WIRELESS VOUCHER

I ordered a wireless voucher like i always do with all other Southern Sun hotel and they deliver to the room. For the 1st time at Garden COURT Nelson, i was told at 10pm that i must come down and pick it up myself by a supervisor on shift on the 6th of Feb, 2013. Truely I was not amused by that. Being a frequent guest member to the hotel group i decided to lodge this complaint in view that action will be taken against such irresponsible personnel who want to tarnish the good image of Southern Sum. That person must not work for Hotel. Her Name I think is Tania.
