Albany Hotel
Completely misleading via website

I had the worst experience at this hotel ever, First of all, it does not look anything like it does on the web. I felt cheated and conned. The hotel smells, it was under construction, the parking was dodgy and in an alleyway full of drug dealers. I stood in the reception for 10 minutes not being helped until I actually said something, I cancelled my booking and was not even apologized to, they could not even look me in the eye. I phoned the manager as he was not there and he told me "he would take this into consideration". I feel highly insulted and frustrated as I now had to find other accomodation at the 11 hour and had to find money to pay for this new accomodation. I had a small child (1.5 years) with me as well as my wife, we where all put out with this.
I have photographic evidence of this experience that shows you exactly how poor this hotel really is? this is not a 3star hotel and I would not wish for my worst enemy to stay there. Really bad and I would like my money back.
