Appalling client service me and my wife received

I which to bring to the world's attention the appalling client service me and my wife received from Sizwe Medical Aid.
I requested a Certificate of Membership from Sizwe, twice they send me the wrong info. I have send 10 e-mail's requesting Sizwe to correct the dates and for the Client Service Manager to Phone me. Eventually Denise Fisher phoned me and explained that the dates are correct. Denise promised me she will look into it and phone me back. Eventually my wife phone Denise, who explained that the broker did not pay Sizwe and consequently our medical aid was terminated. My wife explained to Denise that this is not possible as we did receive cover from Sizwe and all costs were covered. Denise said there was nothing she could do.
My wife then asked Denise to get the CEO of Sizwe to phone her or to speak to Denise's manager, Denise refused, and put the phone down in my wife ear.
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
For a manager to act like this and to disrespect even former clients is a sign of a company with serious problems. I hope the Senior Management of Sizwe Medical Aid will read this or at least hear of their supervisor's work ethic.
