OCEAN VIEW HOTEL PASSES THE BUCK

I made a booking with Ocean View Hotel in June already and was assured that my booking was secure after making payment of the deposit. However, l was now notified that the Hotel's management has misappropriated my deposit and that they cannot do anything about it. They just said that the money was and that I need to make another booking by paying an additional deposit before they can assist me further. They refuse to open a criminal case against the relevant manager/s or refund me and said we need to take steps against the people who our money personally as they do not accept responsibility, regardless of us contracting with the hotel itself, not the culprits who the deposits. THEREFORE, BE CAREFUL TO BOOK WITH OCEAN VIEW HOTEL, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!!
