Oh Boy! Where to start. Claims a complete mess

We have been members of Bankmed for 30 years. I used to think of Bankmed as 1 of the better schemes, but NO LONGER. Early in Feb our membership was suspended due to outstanding subs & we were NOT informed. The problem was confusion between Bankmed & my employer-not our fault. It took several weeks to sort out & would NOT lift the suspension in the mean time. I was told to re-send all the claims that had simply been ignored, not loaded & rejected, NOTHING. It has to be seen to be believed what a mess our claims are in. Only some have been loaded & all have been rejected, even those already settled & paid out. Accounts have been scanned to the wrong provider, rej'd as duplicate claims... the list goes on & on. NOTHING is correct. I have sent mails & made calls but still there is NO action & NOT 1 response. Yesterday I was told a supervisor would call me b4 end of day... wouldn't speak to me at the time. Needless to say I am still waiting for the call & still nothing done about my claims. I am out of pocket for the amount of R9000. WHEN I'm finally paid it had better incl. int. & penalties, like I would have had to pay were it my fault! Bankmed has shown it has NO respect for me!!
