Bankmed-Quick to take premiums, slow to pay claims

I've sent numerous emails to Bankmed on [Email Removed] I received a response that my claim will be paid on the 15th March 2013. Nothing has been received.
The sad thing is that I'm never late on premiums and worse than that, this is not the first time that Bankmed hasnt paid my claim timeously and after I followed the full process. I think I sent my claim through about 4 times.
