Claims for payment of chronic medication

Good day Bankmed,

I would like to enquire about the claims process as i have sent the relevant documentation to claim for the chronic medication. Now the issue is that when i called through at Bankmed i had been sent from pillar to post about my claim for the medication i had bought. I would really appreciate it in this regard if i were to be helped regarding my claim. As i had sent the documentation to the relevant email being "claims@bankmed', now i would like to know how long does the process take for claims as the response had indicated that a consultant would call me within 2 working days and to this point there had been no form of communication from Bankmed if i had sent through the correct documentation. can Bankmed kindly assist me in this regard thanks.
