Claims not dealt with I have to phone several time

I have phoned BANKMED 4 times, since 20th March 2013 about the same queries. Each time I have to hang on for more than 30minutes, just to hear that my enquiry has been forwarded (by the mentioned team leaders) to the claims department and will be dealt with or paid out within 5 working days.

These claims involves R15 000.00 at the moment and it escalates with R5 000.00 every month. This service is unfair and unsatisfactory. As the payment to the frail care facility involves large amounts of money and BANKMED is delaying the reimbursements for as long as possible.

In addition, it is costing me the client (who has to pay my monthly membership fee promptly every beginning of the month) numerous phone calls to get my claims paid out and my enquiries dealt with in a satisfactory way.

This is bad service from BANKMED!
