Pathetic service and non payment of claims submitd

I have submitted claims to Bankmed & had no reply entirely.
Today I call &had been put from one dep to the next regarding my claims.
I had been referred to Chatsmed Garden Hospital on 14 March 2012 after being referrd by my GP as emergency and took the referral letter to the hospital, paid in R50.00 admission fee & was attended to by the doctor on call.
The receptionist called medical aid to gain authorization, but somehow it seems as nothing was done.
I have been calling Bankmed from April last year enquiring as to exactly what happened and was told that I need to pay the bills and claim back &I sent claims but nobody gets back to me.
Again I resubmitted claims in December and still nothing.
Bankmed says I need to speak to Carecross, and I have to speak to the rudest lady to step foot on the earth who says I have to go back to Bankmed. Not listening to me she says that last year's claims have to be dealt with by Bankmed and not them, even though I submitted my claims last year.
i then get told that the hospital didnt get auth so i cant claim back from bankmed now.
this is just ridiculous and now i can honestly say that I HATE THE SERVICE THE SERVICE YOU OFFER.
