Breakage fee still not paid out after 52 days

? MAD FUN insurance, make a difference. We stayed over at one of there resorts just to relax and break away from all madness. Paid for the full weekend and a breakage fee of R500, we were told that breakage fee gets refunded after 5 - 21 working days, we checked out on 24 September 2013 and if one counts down the days it should have been paid back on 23 October 2013. We've been constantly calling the lady in charge reminding her about the refund. She apologised and said she thought 'they' paid it already but will get back to us ASAP and that was 25 October, after that emails has been sent for reminders but no response from there side. Last week we called and she claims they found a broken plate and a mark on the bed that's why the refund was not done yet. We were just 2 guests and know that we broke nothing. Now it's said that refunds will take place next week. This organisation being run my husband and wife is fake. I wouldn't advise anybody to go there. They are a bunch of liars and to top it off when you arrive you have to buy your own electricity to take a shower and if you don't buy you have to take a cold shower... Very Disappointed in the services offered...
