Monte Blanche Wedding Venue
Short payment on my deposit

In June 2013, I went to Mont Blanche wedding venue. I was impressed with the venue and we both with my husband that we will make use of the venue. I told Vivienne that my wedding will be in Jan 2014 but I will start paying in 2013. She agreed that she will charge me 2013 rates as I have booked well in advance. Agreement was reached that she will charge me R7000-00 and R3000-00 will be for breakage. She said that I should pay R10 000-00 and my refund if there are no breakage will be R3000-00. After the wedding she tells me that she charged me 2013 rates and she borrowed the caterers water jugs that is why she is holding back the R1000-00. She only paid me back the R2000-00, short payment of R1000-00. I found it to be very unfair because our agreement was that she will charge me R7000-00. She is telling me about the draping which she did on the hall. I have already paid my d? cor lady full amount for decorations. Her d? cor was not part of our agreement. I told her that she must recover that d? cor money from her new customers but she refused to give me back my R1000-00. I had to pay R600-00 extra for catering because she went to dish up for herself, husband & two workers.
