Will not refund deposit/swearing at custome

My daughter went to Plett for plett rage with 9 school friends, we paid a breakage fee deposit, of which R 3500 is refundable, she still has not sent us a list of what was broken, because nothing was broken by our girls, she is trying to say that the breakage fee covers a wider spectrum... of rules.??? when I tried calling her about the refund her son came on the phone and I quote said these words" you you, if you ever call my mother again we will get our lawyers onto you, you " unquote and then he put the phone down on me.
If you are in the hospitality industry, you do not speak to paying customers like that, the owner is well known for her arragont attitude at Plettenberg Tourism. So I am warning everyone do not book, to stay there, it is also not hygenic, the shower drain was blocked and there was a piece of corrugated iron between the shower and the toilet. This establishment should be shut down, and the owners should not be able to deal with the public.
