Deposit Refund

We stayed at this hotel until 13-2-2013 and were advised that the R950 breakage deposit will be refunded. We have phoned Penny (042 294 1889) 3 times only to be advised that she will give it her urgent attention. It is now 40 days later and have still not received the refund or any calls. We have not broken anything in the rooms and require our money back.
